What counts as a managed device?
A managed device is any network device (router, switch, firewall, access point, etc.) that ConfigGuard is configured to poll, collect configurations from, or monitor. Each unique device counts as one licensed device regardless of how many features are used against it.
How is the appliance deployed?
ConfigGuard is installed by our team — remotely or onsite — onto a Linux VM you provision on VMware or Proxmox, or directly onto physical hardware. We handle the package install, system hardening, and initial configuration so your team can focus on connecting devices. Most customers are operational within a few hours of installation.
What support is included?
Every subscription includes access to technical support through the ConfigGuard support portal. Support covers installation assistance, configuration guidance, troubleshooting, and software updates for the duration of your subscription.
Can I try ConfigGuard before purchasing?
